"the Five Points of a New Architecture"

Le Corbusier is one of the most critical designers from the twentieth century. He is known as one of the pioneers of present day engineering because of a considerable lot of his thoughts and 'plans' inside design. One of his most well known was 'The Five Point of a New Architecture' that he had clarified in'L'Esprit Nouveau' and the book 'Vers une engineering', which he had been creating all through the 1920s. Le Corbusier' advancement of this thought modified the design promenade in another manner, which was displayed in 1926.[1] The five points are as per the following: pilotis, the rooftop garden, free arrangement, free façade, and the level window. Le Corbusier utilized these focuses as an auxiliary reason for the vast majority of his engineering up until the 1950's, which are apparent in a considerable   lot of his structures.

Replacement of supporting walls by a grid of reinforced concrete columns that bears the structural load is the basis of the new aesthetic.

The free designing of the ground plan

the absence of supporting walls—means the house is unrestrained in its internal use.

The free design of the façade

separating the exterior of the building from its structural function—sets the façade free from structural constraints.

The horizontal window

which cuts the façade along its entire length, lights rooms equally.

It is on a flat roof can serve a domestic purpose while providing essential protection to the
